Here’s a great tasting and healthy lemon, honey, and ginger tea. Perfect for helping in the recovery of colds and flu.


  • ½ lemon
  • 2 – 3 teaspoons of honey
  • 2 – 3 teaspoons of chopped ginger
  • Water


  1. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into a large mug
  2. Add honey and chopped ginger
  3. Add boiling water. Stir. Serve.
