Here’s a great tasting and healthy lemon, honey, and ginger tea. Perfect for helping in the recovery of colds and flu.
- ½ lemon
- 2 – 3 teaspoons of honey
- 2 – 3 teaspoons of chopped ginger
- Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into a large mug
- Add honey and chopped ginger
- Add boiling water. Stir. Serve.
