After 3 weeks I noticed my joint pain and unwell feeling coming back from before I was diagnosed as celiac and began a gluten free life. After checking the Muscle Milk container it is stated that it is processed on equipment with wheat, soy, etc. Cross-contamination is real for someone with celiac so while the ingredients are gluten free Muscle Milk is not gluten free enough for celiacs.
